Kathrine has a passion for working with clients who live with pelvic health, facial, and TMJ -related issues. A keen observer of the body in motion, Kathrine is client-centered in her approach. She assesses the role that stress and restriction play in the pattern of chronic pain. She brings her skills and knowledge to the development of a treatment plan that promotes freedom of movement, postural balance, and relaxation. In doing so, she guides the client in their own journey of understanding and body balance.
Kathrine draws inspiration from spending time with family and friends, as well a physical activities in nature such as gravel biking, hiking, swimming and skiing.
