Meet Ashley! 

I was born and raised in Fredericton. After working as an Early Childhood Educator for nine years, I decided to pursue a new career path and follow my interest in healthcare and helping others. I graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2026.

I’m particularly interested in how massage therapy can support pain management and overall well-being. I’m also interested in the connection between physical and mental health and how massage therapy can play a role in supporting both. I believe in taking an evidence-informed approach to treatment and tailoring each treatment to the individual needs and goals of my clients.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing as a massage therapist and being part of the multidisciplinary team at Max Health.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, Chase. I love hiking and photography, and I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
