Lorren Benko

Lorren Benko, you might know her as “Benny”, is a Registered Massage Therapist originally from the Sunshine Coast, just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia. She graduated with Honours from Eastern College in Fredericton in June 2025, where she completed her massage therapy training.

With a lifelong passion for human anatomy and healing, Lorren was inspired at an early age through sports and an active lifestyle to explore the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Before beginning her massage journey, she studied at the University of New Brunswick and played on the Women’s Volleyball team for two years. Being a student athlete gave Lorren first-hand experience with the importance of recovery, movement, and caring for the body. Today, she integrates that passion into her massage practice, recognizing the strong connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Lorren is currently completing certification in reflexology and is excited to continue growing her skills in areas such as craniosacral therapy, myofascial work, TMJ treatment, concussion care, prenatal and pregnancy massage, and women’s health. Lorren takes a client-centered approach, with the goal of helping people feel better in their bodies—whether that means easing pain, lowering stress, or supporting overall well-being.

Outside of her professional practice, Lorren loves traveling, dancing, and expressing her creativity through making and listening to music.
