Paige Grenier

Paige is a Physiotherapy resident originally from central Alberta. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2023, where she was also a member of the Women’s Hockey team. During her time in Fredericton, she built strong connections and developed a deep appreciation for the community, which ultimately led her to return to the Maritimes after completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Western University in the fall of 2025.

Paige is passionate about helping individuals stay active throughout all stages of life, with particular interests in geriatrics and sports rehabilitation. She is committed to client-centered care and believes in empowering people to take an active role in their recovery. Her treatment approach blends exercise, education, and manual therapy to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. She is eager to continue to pursue advanced training in areas of manual therapy and other therapeutic modalities to better serve her client base.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys staying active through sports, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends. She looks forward to supporting you on your journey toward better health and wellness.
