Meet Paul!

Paul graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Chemistry. After graduating, Paul worked full-time for The Canadian Army for three years before deciding to further his education. Paul is fascinated by the human body and loves helping others. In 2020, he decided to pursue Physiotherapy. He graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2022.

As a Physiotherapist, Paul values an active treatment approach centered around exercise, education, advice, and activity/habit modification. Paul also enjoys teaching others about human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanicse believes that a client’s understanding these with respect to their injury or problem is helpful for their progression through therapy.

Paul was born and raised in Fredericton and was eager to return to home after graduating to help his fellow Frederictonians. Paul has been an active member of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve since 2016 and continues to participate in army training exercises part-time. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, spending time with friends, riding his motorcycle, and learning how to be a better backyard mechanic.

Paul looks forward to working with you to guide you through your rehab and help you achieve your health and lifestyle goals!
